I have a number of your products. Really like this jacket. Good midlayer for cool weather. Need a shell in the wind though. Comfortable and soft feel on skin. When it's really cold though - like Korea recently with -8 to -12°C and wind - I needed a puffy down vest and hard shell to keep warm.
Was down in Pagosa and picked up a couple of your pieces this summer. Excellent quality gear. The price point is high, as it should be for this type of product. Phenomenal local construction with best in breed materials. This drift jacket is my "go to" on chilly Colorado mornings on the river, or in the city. Great fit and finish. I have even worn it as a midlayer when snowbiking. (layering voormi wool with under a Klim shell = comfort up high and in wind) - awesome stuff. Keep it up.
This may very well be the Holy Grail of a merino-fleece jackets. I was hesitant to purchase because of price, but I'm beyond pleased with this jacket. The construction and quality are the best I've seen for similar merino garments. Fit and style are also excellent. And it's versatility is impressive. Shown here, I'm in transit in Dublin Airport, in a section of the airport that tends to be hot, crowded, and stuffy. With all my gear on my back, I was still comfortable and cool. At other times while traveling, when temperatures dropped, the Drift became a cozy layer of warmth. The Drift has now earned a key position in my minimal carry-on-only pack. In Winter, the Drift paired with an insulated puffy jacket is all that's required. And the fact that it's sourced and built in the US is even better. Thanks

Great fit and perfect for late autumn weather,
I have the High E and now the drift, the additional fabric weight is noticeable but not as much as expected. I know that it is mentioned that the fit was trimmed up in the last batch and I do not have one from the previous to speak to just the High E. The "trim" portion is across the shoulders and in the forearms and not so much in the midsection... I don't have large forearms by any stretch of the imagination and anything other than a base layer is a no go to the wrist, I'm basically relegated to wearing polo shirts under it for work. 5'10 200# 46-48" chest 34" waist 37" arm. The "trimming" should have been at the waist and midsection not the shoulders and arms for my build. Excellent material and presentation, no issues wearing it to meetings and works in a wide range of temps as expected!
Seems of good quality but the sleeves are much too tight around the forearms. I don't have small forearms but i'm not a weight lifter either. I have to grab and pull to wear or remove it. Might be the *New Tailored/Slim Fit*. Fits great everywhere else except the length in hem and sleeves is too long. Have the x-Large.
I love this jacket. Haven’t taken it off since I got it, and Voormi once again didn’t disappoint with quality. This jacket can be used around the house for lounging or taken out on a hot dinner date. You guys rock!!!
This is my 5th Voormi piece and it's awesome, as expected. Quality is superb, the athletic fit is perfect, and the weight is ideal as both an outer layer in cool weather or as a mid-layer under a ski jacket (which is what I purchased it for). I gave 4 stars because it is slightly longer than I would prefer for outdoor activities compared to other Voormi products I own.
The pictures online make the jacket appear to be someone tapered. It's listed as "slender" or something like that, as I recall. I have slim, athletic build - I run a lot and I've lifted weights since early adulthood. I expected a certain fit, but this jacket just sort of hangs on me. Sleeve length is fine, etc, and I do like the material and it seems well made. So I think I'm going to take it to a taylor and pay to get it to fit correctly. Overall, however, for the price, I expected a better fit. The beanie that I bought, while again kind of expensive for what it is, fits great and I do like it.

Really like my Drift jacket. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is that the cut is slightly off for my body shape. At 6'4" and 180#, a perfect fit for me would be 1" wider at the shoulders and 1" longer sleeves. Very happy with the quality and am glad to support another small domestic manufacturer.
I’m 6’-0” and 200lbs. I’m always guessing between Large and XL for sleeve length. The Large is perfect in sleeve and body length. Great in shoulders. A touch snug around this 50 year old stomach, but just more incentive to be more active and shed a few pounds (ha!). Great jacket for all occasions - office, social, and outdoor fun.
I bought the drift jacket to support the local business. It's a good jacket but not a full replacement my old jacket. The thing that I notice the most is the breeze that comes through my new drift jacket. So I wear my old jacket when the weather is acting up. I do like the looks of it better than my old jacket, so I wear it a lot when going out.
I'm not really in a position to rate this jacket. It was a Christmas gift for my 40 year old son. He loved it except that it was too large. While investigating returning for a smaller size he determined that he'd like a hooded style. We found what appeared to be a good alternative - Confluence Hoody if I recall correctly. However, we learned that Confluence is out of production (even though it still shows on website); and that it is available in the form of the Diversion Hoody (which I own). We found a wide variance in the fit of Voormi products - though by Voormi's sizing guide I'd be an XL - my Diversion L seems to fit me pretty well but the Drift Jacket size L didn't come close - way too tight. For this reason, my son is going to try on some Voormi products to find a size that fits appropriately and then we'll order that product in the correct size.
Excellent quality, zipper sticks sometimes and have to angle it when zipping up.
I am yet to wear this in an inhospitable enough environment your clothing or should I say tools are ever impressive. Thank you!
So far so good, extremely warm and great for hiking in.
This has quickly become my favorite light jacket. I'm not very cold tolerant, so this works alone for me only to about 40F, but it fits closely enough to be a really good mid layer when the weather is colder. The liquid repellency of the DWR is impressive. Recently I spilled hot chocolate down the front, but a single swipe of the hand cleared everything off beautifully!
Bought it for my husband for Christmas. He picked it out and made sure it fit. I'm sure he's expecting it for Christmas so he won't b disappointed

It's a GOOD midlayer, not GREAT. I bought it because it said ATHLETIC FIT. Maybe the athletes they had in mind were cyclists, whose upper body doesn't taper much? The arms, chest, and shoulders fit fine. the waist is too loose for me, and I am by no means shaped like a bodybuilder. The waist is loose enough that it lets a lot of heat out, which is contrary to why I purchased it. The fabric seems to stop more wind than I expected (bonus), and doesn't catch on things as much as other knit items I've bought.
I got this is a winter midweight jacket and possible under layer. Well made, a little more sleek surface than a bubbly wool one, has performed well so far
Amazing jacket! I highly recommend this product. Bought last winter to layer with the convex vest. Durability is great! Warm enough to wear in 30ish degree weather. For colder days I will layer with a merino long sleeve. The convex vest and another down vest over. Love Voormi gear!
Coat fits a little big, would like to try a large, but wore the coat once.

Great garment. Many of VOORMIs garments fit my body type differently. This particular garment along with the confluence hoodie fit perfectly in a size large while the high E hoodie and eleven nine hoodie fit best as an XL
Overall a great jacket. The neck runs a little tight, but not a deal breaker. Warm as a midlayer on a cold day or alone on a cool day. Blocks wind only at a light breeze.
This is an excellent layer for what it is. If you like layering and need something without a hood, this is a great layer. It is a similar weight as the access pullover. Unfortunately, The “new” drift jackets are not the heavy warmer layers they use to be. Voormi needs to specifically state what they are. They are the drift lite jacket not the drift jacket.
Love my 2nd Voormi as much as the 1st or maybe more! This one is a tad lighter fabric and longer body. Wore it all 3 weeks in CO and especially helpful under rain coat with drenching rain pelting me on horseback in snowmass last night wkd

My husband bought this jacket a couple years ago and loves his. I decided to splurge and get myself one. I’m 5’9” with a slim build and long limbs. I enquired about arm length before purchasing as I was debating between a women’s medium or men’s small. Great customer service helped me confirm I should go with the men’s small. It arrived quickly and fits great (arm length and hips). The women’s may have been cut differently to fit more snug through the body - but I’m happy to have room to comfortably wear a layer or two underneath without things feeling tight. Wore it as a midlayer all last weekend in a cold and rainy (if you can believe it) San Francisco and it saved my bacon! Would have frozen without it. Worth every penny!
I bought a medium and that feels like the correct size for me. The shoulders and arms are snug but that isn't much of a problem. The material is soft and great to have on. I have only worn it around town so far more as a sweater and it is very comfortable, I like hem drawcords which the jacket doesn't have, but I would still highly recommend it.
